Patch Test Requirements: New clients must complete a skin test at least 48 hours before any new appointment or treatment. Itās your responsibility to attend during our patch test opening hours to complete this test. If you miss this window, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. No appointment is needed to collect your patch test; simply visit us anytime Monday - Friday between 10:00am - 3:00pm.
Appointment changes: You can reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment using our online booking system. After this period, changes or cancellations will forfeit the booking fee.
Payment terms: All booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please review payment details carefully when booking.
No extra guests: Only clients are allowed on the premises. Children are not permitted due to safety concerns.
